Hello,

Despite being subscribed to the daily email alerts in JA Voice, the system has never sent me (or those who use my system) daily or weekly alerts.

Does a Cron job need to be set up?
Is there a way I can manually force the emails to come through?
Has anyone else had this issue?

I believe so. I keep getting this error (see screenshot) on the RSS feed page – have you solved this before?

It’s okay – I fixed.

There was an error in the ja voice code which caused a parsing error in the dates. In the file /components/com_javoice/models/feeds.php
change line 247 to be:
$itemDate = JFactory::getDate ( JHTML::_ ( ‘date’, $item->create_date, ‘l, d F Y H:i’ ) );
