How do I get the text to update? I have changed the article content and links and it seems like they don’t change when i update them. Is there anything I am doing that the text will not update?

Clean Joomla cache (Tools -> Clean Cache in Joomla admins).
Also, click on “JAT3 Clean Cache” in the top right conner of any page in admin area.
