Hi there,
Actually you can install quickstart for Joomla! 3.x and use it as config reference for your Joomla! 2.5 . In basically it would be same.

We request Joomlart to kindly release J2.5 Quickstart, when all other template clubs are offering it j2.5 is not dead yet as our host is not ready for J3.3 — hope the team understand our concern :((

Quickstart is just a starting point for user who want to explore the product quickly. We provide only quickstart package for Joomla 3 to encourage users to switch to Joomla 3 while the Joomla 2.5 will be ended of life soon (start from 2015). Only quickstart on Joomla 3 does not mean only work on Joomla 3. The Uber is well tested and fully work with Joomla 2.5. If you still use Joomla 2.5, you can install Uber template as well as ACM module on your current system.
