Hi
I am trying to use JA-Tabs in Category id mode.
In this category I have 4 different articles, each one configuring as a tab with differents heights as well. But 2 of them are very long articles.
The problem is that I cannot open the full content of the longer articles at the very first time I acess the tab (in firexfox, IE and Safari), specially if I have images inserted in middle of the article. It shows just part of the article. But, if I click in others tab and come back to the long articles tab, so after that, it refreshes the article and shows its full content.
As an extra information I using the auto Height parameter in the module.
Any suggestion to solve my problem, showing the longer article at the first time I clicked it in?
Thanks.
Roberto.

You could see the problem in the TAB1
The complete article of TAB1 is here:
http://www.clubedevienna.com.br/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=552
Another useful information for you is that I am only facing this problem when I have any kind of animation (Fade, Move Left/Right or Move Up/Down). No animation, the tab is ok showing the full content of an article.
Thanks,

December 1, 2010 at 7:04 am #364941Hello
The tab is working well on my pc,
I think that the problem is from the slow internet out there. You try to view some demos: http://demo.joomlart.com/extensions15/index.php?id=109&option=com_content&view=article
Use demo configuration for your site, and check this issue again.
December 9, 2010 at 12:34 pm #365973an extensive comparison to demo was realized, some changes was made (view=”introtext” to view=”fulltext” ) and the problem to IE and Safari was solved, but after lots of test the problem with firefox (versio 3.6.12) is still happening.
I think that in the demo this problem is not happening because the height is fixed (240/340) height=340. Or the tab is insert in a div tag limited as well. Limit the height of the article is not such an option to me.
really difficult to deal with it, when considering that assumes that the problem is in it use and not the ja-tab itself. :((
Well, lets try another approach. Is there any way to refresh the content of the article (as if the user clicked on the tab) when the article opens, even though the tab is not clicked???

December 13, 2010 at 4:10 am #366482As in the extension demo and also in the template’s demo, the tabs are works well.
Try this :
1) make sure the config is correct as per the demo guide or template guide http://demo.joomlart.com/extensions15/index.php?id=109&option=com_content&view=article
2) You try to select a theme via the Theme Parameter and select the one, which works for you.
3) provide me the login info if the issue is not fixed
Thanks
