it literally happens when i try to create a module, edit a module. or basically work with a module.. THIS IS REALLY BAD

but Your site is running on Joomla3.6.3 and template and ACM module still not ready for it . As u know its just out . Kindly wait for the official update of template and ACM module and then update your site .
I suggest you restore the site backup and check .

Do not update your live site without taking backup .
