I’m new to 1.6, not Joomla. I am new to using the JA Business template.

I’m not sure what I am missing to get the form to show.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I fixed it. Detail:
– You login backend > Menus > Main Menu > Contact Us > Required Settings > set Select Contact is Contact Name Here
