I installed all the extention and the template over a existing joomla website. But it doesnt seem to work.

there are many users able to work with the JA wall. I would suggest that you refer to the documentation part for installation and configuration and also install the quickstart on your localhost for reference.

Please also note that the support is not available till monday as the office is closed from 30th may to 3rd June.

and follow the steps provided in that announcement to get better support. “Doesn’t seems to work” does not highlight the reasons and it would need to be checked right? So provide the details and login access as mentioned in the annoucement Post 2.

I have followed the instructions but im missing something, plus your guide for installing on an existing template is too general and not specific for ja wall.

I would not ask on the forums if I did not have too. I have been a member for a long time and this is actually my first request for some help.

Seems that maybe there is a conflict or some scripts are not being called up.

My knowledge only exstends so far, so please help me to make this great template work when you come back from holiday 😉

ok so it works now but just when i have a side bar on… guess i missed that somewhere. But is there a way around it?
