December 28, 2013 at 5:43 pm #193310I am very disappointed with this template.
It can not be used as a normal template, very bad deal (for me very badly spent money).I wanted to use the slide, position-5 (left), position-7 (right) in the middle of the news, but this is not possible. All other modules are useless to me, if they can not be used with the publication of news.
Do you plan to do any upgrade to the template becomes usable.
Sincerely,
ZoranTomC ModeratorTomC

December 28, 2013 at 7:37 pm #516762While I understand that you are having some difficulty with some particular customizations you are wanting to achieve, the template is quite usable for a great many.
Please detail the customization that you are wanting to achieve – perhaps with a mock-up screenshot or two for clarification.

December 30, 2013 at 4:08 pm #516881Hi infoit,
Yes, home and defaultlayouts are different a little bit. You can see how these layouts look and how positions use inside by going to backend > Template manager > select a style > Layout tab:
you can change positions as you want.
Let me know if I can be of further helps.

December 31, 2013 at 9:07 am #517001I think that you can use ‘default-content-right‘ layout, then change position-5 to position-7 as you wish. See this screenshort for reference http://prntscr.com/2fd746

January 1, 2014 at 10:35 am #517049I need position-7 on left side, position-5 on right side, slideshow, slidenews and articles on standard place.
None of the available layout is not good for common use.Saguaros ModeratorSaguaros

January 2, 2014 at 2:40 am #517078Thought that Home layout meets your requirement, you can add suffix ?tp=1 to the URL of page that’s using Home[/ B] layout to clarify on module positions. Eg:
http://joomla-templates.joomlart.com/ja_fubix/index.php/en/?tp=1
As in our demo site, the position-5 is in the left and position-7 belongs to the right column.
Then click the settings icon to switch the position as you want: http://prntscr.com/2fr0uk
Happy New Year !!!

January 2, 2014 at 6:43 am #517104Hi infoit,
JA Fubix does not show component block on homepage just as many other templates.
We use a module to show articles instead. If you want to show article, you can use a module as we did or you need to customize a bit.
Please try templatesja_fubixtplsblockshomepage.php and add<jdoc:include type=”component” /> above this line
<?php if($this->hasMessage()):?>Then you can try with “home” layout again.
Regards
