Hi

I have installed JA hotspot, created a new module, loaded a jpg and created a hotspot. However i can’t get it to work as i wish.
What I would like to do is popup a box to show a PDF, I tried using website content type with a url pointing to a plugin to do that, I tried an url that simply pointed to a PDF and I tried pointing the url to another website. None of these work on the live site. The image pointer shows correctly that it is a link but clicking the link doesn’t work and selecting item in dropdown does nothing. Hovering over link just shows javascript;void(0) What have I missed?

Kindly share your working site URL here, where the module is published.
Also, try to disable 3rd party extension one by one, if installed and check the page.

I can see some js conflict on the page. Kindly disable the extension and check the page,
Also test the menu with default Joomla template and see it works.
