We have fixed this problem.
You can get the latest version of minify.php at https://github.com/t3framework/t3/blob/master/source/plg_system_t3/includes/core/minify.php

Please download this file and overwrite pluginssystemt3includescoreminify.php

you can try disable the Development Mode. i got the problem as well. and them i find when disable the development Mode, it working
