I have had the same issue. Even just opening the module and saving it, without making any changes, destroys the layout of the module on the home page.

@pferrol and @visability, if the module Virtuemart of home products is not working, please try to copy file templates/ja_charity/html/grid.php to modules/mod_virtuemart_product/tmpl folder. Sometime VM has error when creating new module layout in template.

This problem happened when I edited the home page module titled “Shop Good Things ” on the home page. All I did was change the module title and when I saved it the layout was totally changed. The module title also disappeared.

I thought that I made some error so I created a new install of the quickstart to check my module settings. What I did on the new quckstart site was open the module. Change nothing and save. On save the same issue as the original happened. The layout was broken and the title disappeared.
