Yes, everyone is waiting for the release and the site reach a traffic peak at the time of release. Though we JA is a very powerful dedicated sever with Rochen but We certainly need a bigger one.

Is rochen any good? the ping times from Aust are shocking 340 each hop?

Rochen is experienced in hosting Joomla site. Infact all Joomla.org sites are on Rochen

However, I am monitoring the performance which has become quite poor recently

I’m getting high pings her in oz Hung it seems a network connect thing 2 steps out from my computer and the on.net network slows from 25 ms to 235 even before it leaves Australia!
It then goes downhill from there

Hung can you ping my ip address here its dynamic and I’ll reset my router in a hour or so 🙂

and tell me what ping you get, I may have to contact my ISP and see why it degrades on their uplink etc

ip is 121.45.200.217
