@jogges1 : I’m sorry for the late as I need a little bit time to detect the root of issue. And it’s fixed now. it due to the cookies path in file: “components/com_javoice/helpers/jacaptcha/jacapcha.php”

I changed


setcookie('text_captchanew',strtolower($this->text),time()+360);


to


setcookie('text_captchanew',strtolower($this->text),time()+360,"/");


Pls have a look at this

Hi Jorgen,

The component uses auto search – and require minimum character before search. You can change it as follows:

– Go to administrator->component ja voice -> settings -> general

– Change value of this field “Minimum length of input value for a search”

When i am in the question area i have in the forums (Övrigt) 1

Each voice item depends on voice types (eg: ideas, question…) and forums (e.g.: Övrigt, Örigt…)

In front-end of component, it displays voice items with default voice type and forums.

So, when you are in the ideas area, left columns “Forums” counts all items of it together with voice type “ideas” and vice versa.

This due to the dependency between voice type and forums. Additionally, in frontend, we use Ajax to load the content, so any changes here will be complicated as it can affect other parts.

In this case, you need to customize component, you can have a look at this function:


function getItems($where_more = '', $limit = 0, $limitstart = 0, $order = '', $fields = '', $joins = '') {


(in file: components/com_javoice/views/items/view.html.php)

Remember to take a BACKUP of your site first.
