I have registrations set to require admin approval.

How can I get an email with a link to the profile/resume I need to review and approve?

Also, how do I disapprove a new profile/resume? I see there are email templates that go to job seekers and employers when they are disapproved, but I can’t find a button to disapprove them.

I guess I don’t understand the workflow of the approval process.

Hi sharpdome,

JAJobBoard doesn’t support to send a notification email with approve link.
Admin can approve/disapprove profile/resume via:
/administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jaemployers => Click to approve/disapprove icon for each profile in profile listing.

This functions is no need to be added for 1.5.2, because already there’s profile/resume link for admin that they can edit them.

Also, is there a similar variable used for resumes? I couldn’t find it.

That variable is used for email template related to Profile or Resume information.

You can use {JA_PROFILES.ADMIN_ITEMLINK.COMPANY} variable in email that related to Profile information (They have {JA_PROFILES} variable)
