    Hi,
    I use easy social with ja social II; the notification/message/friend icons don’t work (in home template and in the home of the community, see the screenshot in the attachments).

    Because your site uses EasySocial with version 1.4.2 but JA Socail II template only supports upto version 1.3.29. We will upgrade EasySocial to latest version.

    About the problem on your site, you can downgrade EasySocial with version 1.3.29 and publish your site first. Please wait new upgrade from our product. Thanks for your understand.

    Because your site uses EasySocial with version 1.4.2 but JA Socail II template only supports upto version 1.3.29.

    In the meantime, I think you can downgrade EasySocial to version 1.3.29 and publish your site. Once the new update version for template is released, you can update then.
