Hello,

I have a problem with JA Comment in JA Social template. Please access the address http://www.portalcafebrasil.com.br/artigos/o-chiquinho. Despite the box saying that the system displays up to 50 comments, in fact it does not. The system does not show that number and even lets you navigate through any pages.

What should I do to fix this?

Could you check your ftp information you gave me? Username+password is correct. But I get a error:
550 PWD: Permission denied
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Hi Khoand,

Did you try passive mode?
FTP is working ok. I’ve had the same problem when using Windows Server 2003.
Try to use Filezilla.

I use FileZilla, OS: Ubuntu 10.04. I tried both passive and active mode, but it still fails.
