Using tp=1, I am able to observe sl1-r module position appearing to be in the top.topsl2 block after user4 instead of normal position in the top.topsl1 block next ti sl1-l. No changes made via CSS just moving module positions with module manager. Hopefully, when this problem is solved JA News Feature positioning will correct itself as well.

I see you use phocagallary & jevents components, you should try to temporarily disable these 2 components.

Disabled, cleared cache … no change.

Yes, IIRC reduced parm ‘Max Chars of normal frontpage artcile’ in sl1-l module.
