There is no legacy option in J3.7, or I can’t find it where you’ve indicated, and the bars were working fine on J.3.7 before, so I can’t see why its a legacy issue?

KInldy updates the T3 plugin and template to latest version and this issue will be fixed.
At this time the T3 is too older version http://prntscr.com/fgcsak that is not ready for latest Joomla on your site.

If you have customize the template pr T3 kindly take backup of custom work.
On template amd t3 update it will be override except custom.css file.
