Hi
You have to enable the off-canvas from template options > add-ons tab.
Kindly check the template style used for the Home menu and then turn ON the off-canvas sidebar.

I can u share the site URL where you used JA Uber template.
The shared URL is based on different template.

If you have another issue with different template then JA Uber kindly open thread on correct forum page.
