When using the off canvas side menu; the chosen page comes up with a greyed out background and the side menu does not disappear until you click onto the page.

Can this be changed so the menu disappears when the menu item has been clicked?

Hi shemeam,

I can’t reproduce the same error in my end or in our demo site. Could you please try to disable 3rd party extensions on your site first?

Hi Saguaros

Thanks for the suggestion, I have narrowed it down to the plugin Add FullAjax.

I need to use this (Ajax) so that the site functions properly. i am using JA Image Hotspot and I need the pages to load without refreshing the site.

Can you help me sort it out so that I can continue to use Ajax and have the off canvas menu work correctly?

I have never used this plugin before, please contact provider of this plugin whether there is option to exclude these pages in Off canvas or not.

I would prefer a solution using JA plugin / code if possible.
I am using JA Image Hotspot in Sidebar 1, the links on the map open in the main body of the site.
I want the main body to refresh with out refreshing the whole of the site each time a link is clicked.
Do you have any solution to this?

I am sure there is a way, I just don;t know how to do it.

If you can help me solve this then it will mean I do not have to use the third party plugin and therefore the off canvas menu should function properly.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide extension supporting that feature, please try to contact provider of that 3rd party extension to see whether it can exclude some pages in off canvas menu or not
