Cannot seem to get mobile menu to work. Have Module published in off-canvas to all pages. Theme is set to show on all as well.

That seems to help. Two issues:
1) The mobile bars show up twice, see attached image
2) When small the bars should stay within blue bar and not drop down.

You can disable collapse navigation for small screen to disable maga menu in mobile .
Read template documentation for menu systems .

See that feature, how do we keep the menu in the blue bar at the top and make the lines just white and not in a black box?
