There is a error in off-canvas.js file .

This is the errors:

TypeError: $this.css(…).toInt is not a function
/plugins/system/t3/base/js/off-canvas.js
Line 138

TypeError: style.test is not a function

HI there,

Firstly, try to take a backup of your site and update latest version of T3 framework. If problem still persists, it may due to the conflict in JS of off-canvas and JS in 3rd party extensions installed in your site. You can disable one by one of these extensions to find out which causes that error.
