I am trying to change to text off my off-canvas title. Currently it’s set to ‘Menu’. No matter what I do it won’t change.

I have followed the following instructions however it’s not working.

Add this css code in your custom.css file .
css/custom.css

.uber-header.header-7 .off-canvas-toggle span {
display: -webkit-inline-box;
}

Now go to languageen-GBen-GB.tpl_uber.ini
Find

TPL_MENU ="Menu"

I change this, save, clear joomla cache, clear browser cache, login/out – doesn’t change.

What am I doing wrong?

Now working.

I had to create a language override in the Joomla admin area. Not sure why It wouldn’t work following our steps?

Hi There,

I’m getting exactly the same problem, make the change but no changes to the site.

What did you do exactly to fix this, my site is localhost at the moment.
In essence I have changed file en-GB.tpl_uber.ini but how do I make those changes stick?
I’ve cleared cache, restarted apache and restarted the browser but no change.
