As per above you really will need to ask your host for the error logs. If you give them the exact time of the error then it should be a simple thing to nail down what the cause is. The memory exhausted error could be a symptom of something else, it may be a plugin, a miss configured server or it may simply be that your host is giving you very limited resources and you may need to up your package. Or it could be something as simple as you are uploading big images and one of the scripts is struggling to resize them. The logs should tell all.

    suggest me some hosting please
    PM

    Hosting answer is:
“We are increase limit to 256 MB but for optimized portal 128 shall be just fine, because well optimazed sites use 64-92 MB. More than this means portals are bad optimized.

php is 5.4.38 what is satisfied.”

It is impossible for me to suggest hosting for you for many reasons. What we need to nail down here is where the increased memory usage is coming from. It could be any of a number of things and that is what the error logs, not just the displayed errors, can help show us.

I am tired. I will abandon whole thing.

Error and debug at joomla admin are turned on so. … if you can take a look if not.

    never mind.

    Hi,
Please check again, we could probably do some more optimization but I will need access to your cPanel, seems to me though that you are on overloaded server.

    Hello,

I wasn’t able to connect, all I was able to see ( even from your PM ) was that you are using a different folder for your domain and you probably make some kind of redirection, that’s causing problems with apache.

I suggest you fix that first and then I feel confident that you won’t face the same errors again.

Let me know if you need more help.

There is no redirection, just folder conected to domain name, that is all.

    Hi,

I am not aware of your server setup but on cPanel server the domain folder is similar to the domain name, that’s because usually apache works better like that.

You may need to check your php modules (since you are on cloudlinux you can change those ) and verify that all needed php modules are enabled.
That will speed up your site.

nedzas72, most likely a new template will NOT help you with your problem.

But I can see that you use a Open graph extension, I don’t know the name, but try to disable that.
I just have a hunch about it.

Else try to disable extra extensions you have installed after the template.

    Hi nedzad72,

I think this needs to be investigated and I will help you with that. Please add me to skype : joomspot and lets work on it.

I have already asked the team for confirmation of who handled and what really happened. Since, ours is a distributed team working in different time zones, I await feedback.

In the mean time please ask your hosting provider to see if they can restore from the backup. I will not stop you from going public about this but it would be unfair till the cause is established.

    Regards,

    Arvind
