this is a veterinary hospital site built with – you guessed it – spica.

I was very proud I’ve my first attempt at a spica template, indeed my first attempt at joomla…. It took me a while to undertand a tiny bit about the layout, components, sections, catageroies etc… but hey i’ve managed to put together a site which probably won’t be copied here in australia….

comments may be welcome if constructive….

(This was built in a scripted version on my web providers site 1.0.07 and now it’s up to 1.0.11 – do i just copy the 1.0.11 into my root directory?)

    Great veterinary website!

If you haven’t yet done the update, yes, it’s just like you said. Just make sure to get the right upgrade and do the appropriate backups:

+ Go to joomla.org and find & download the 1.0.7-1.0.11 upgrade.
+ Unzip the files into one folder on your hard drive.
+ It’s always recommended you make a backup of your website before doing any upgrades, or at the very least create a backup of all the files you’re about to overwrite.
+ Copy the new files into your root directory. Update files that are in their own folders should go right into the same folders on your server. (For example, if one of the files you’re uploading is in foler_of_files_to_upgradeadministratorindex.php, put that new file in yourwebsite.comadministratorindex.php.
