August 25, 2014 at 3:13 pm #200777Hi,
On mobile and table views the screen width isn’t fixed, i.e. it’s allowing the page to slide/swipe horizontally.
This isn’t the case on the homepage – it’s fixed and works fine. It’s on the blog/contact/gallery that the viewport isn’t fixed…
It is fine on the ‘features’ layout, but not on the ‘blog-2’ layout…
Can you see why this may be? See screenshot (space on the right when it’s being allowed to ‘slide’)
Any help, much appreciated.
Cheers,
Matt

September 1, 2014 at 10:53 am #547850Thanks… that looks like it’s just for blog style 1… it’s also the case with blog style 2 – will that be looked at too? How long do these bugs normally take to get resolved?
Thanks againEragon H FriendEragon H

The issue happens with layout that has “component” position. Not only layout blog or blog 2
Our development team is working on this issue.Best regards,

September 30, 2014 at 4:30 am #551073We fixed this issue but haven’t released.
You can follow the below steps to fix
1. Download the attachment
2. Extract and copy to the root/template/ja_sugite/less (Remember to backup the old one)
3. Backup your template changes
4. Compile LESS to CSS http://prntscr.com/4ro43r
5. Clear cache to see the change happen

September 30, 2014 at 1:36 pm #551178Thanks very much… I’ve overwritten a lot of the CSS of the original package, so installing this over the top and compiling LESS to CSS will just overwrite my CSS changes from the local folder.
What are the fundamental elements that need to be changed in the original CSS to prevent the movement?
Sorry to be a pain, but I’m a bit at loose ends otherwise as I can’t afford to make all the changes to the CSS again…
Thanks, and much appreciated…
