I would like to renew my membership, which appeared to be expired. However, when I try to do it, I get the regular price and not the price for renewal, can you advise?

Normally, you can enjoy the special rate of 30% OFF provided that you renew before a membership’s expiry date. In your case, you might miss the day. Anyway, I have requested a sales staff contact you given your long stay with JA. Please check mailbox for more information.
