    I received the ftp info but which folder should I access to see files/folders of your current site? I open the directory ‘faceramadan’ but it’s not using our JA Social II template.

    It seems incorrect directory because when I tried to update a test file called ‘index22.php’ into that folder but I can’t access that file. Kindly check again.
