How can I add one more right block just before existing one and make its width 35 pixels. And how can I remove those margins between border and elements in “right” (for e.g. see youtube in right for automotosvijet.com, or FB above…)

Here is new tiny “right 2 column” (left of current right).

And here is margine question in right column elements. i would like smaller margines as bellow:
