Hi,

In JA Builder, you can use the feature ‘Anchor’ in Advanced tab of each block.

For example, you add a block into a page > edit block > Advanced tab > add an anchor in Anchor option: http://prntscr.com/i8gsxo

Then go to admin panel > Menus > open the menu you’re setting to show on frontend > create a new menu item with type of URL and put the # + anchor text you set for destination block, like above screenshot, you will add: #testanchor
