Plugin does not work. Microsoft says that it needs to operate. You can idea?

It’s nearly impossible to help you based on your opening post. If you do have an issue with one of JoomlArt’s templates or/and extensions, could you please answer the following questions:

1. What exactly is the name of JoomlArt’s template or extensions you are having issue with?

2. What actions in your Joomla frontend or backend led you to this issue?

3. What is your web-site URL?

4. Can you provide a screenshot with the issue?
