I basically have the site setup as I wanted when I went back to the home page and noticed that menu items weren’t working and I now have the following error:

Not entirely sure what this means but I could really use a little help.

the header is missing easing js

<script src="/templates/ja_onepage/js/jquery.easing.1.3.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

your admin details are not working. need to enable this easing js on your site. this might fix your issue.
