I have run into a very bad situation with my live site. I have installed ja comments and everything appears to be functioning fine. however only 10 comments are appearing no matter how many comments are assigned to the article. I do not need the comments to appear paginated but i do need all of them to appear.
any help is greatly appreciated.

September 27, 2011 at 1:31 pm #415267I did some house cleaning this morning and got rid of some of the older plug in’s used by older comment modules. I have no idea if the azrul mambot may have been causing some kind of issue or not.
I am still looking into it at this end.
I did notice that the pull down menu at the bottom of the comments now appears and it gives the option up to 100 comments. Not sure what happens when i go over 100 still working on it.
Thanks for looking into it. if there is an actual bug associated with this i would still like to know encase i have intermittent problems with it.
one last question, I had to make some changes in reference to the way the code picks up ip addresses when hosted on a cluster. where can i post those changes as they help someone else who is having the same problem i was having?

September 27, 2011 at 1:36 pm #415268Hi,
As far as i know so far there are no known bugs, maybe some minor conflicts but i am not a dev myself so i can’t be sure about it.
You can post your changes here or better create a new forum thread and post those changes there so other members can benefit from your info!Regards

September 28, 2011 at 8:26 pm #415543OK after a day of normal operation i am still having some issues that is confusing not just the readers but also frustrating my client a tad bit.
1. the pagination list box at the bottom defaults to 20 even though only the first 10 comments appear
2. The max shown in the pull down box is 100 – what happens when i go over 100 comments?
3. i have some threaded comments that show in the reply counter even though i have deleted them. example comments says 3 replies but only two show up.
4. Love this component works great so far and gives me all the moderation muscle i need in the back end i just need a little help with some of the display issues. Thanks Again
