Please there is an urgent problem with my site,
Anytime we try to share on it shows only url. no thumbnail, no description. only work well on K2
please kindly help this on this regard for 90 percent of out traffic comes from facebook
please treat as URGENT

This is not a Joomlart issue.
The problem you are having is with the MultiShare plugin.
As you can see, I switched it to use “ADDTHIS” rather than “SHARETHIS” and everything looks correct now.
As this is NOT a Joomlart plugin, we can provide no further support.
