Hi

We have added the following font-family to the custom.css file…

“Open Sans”, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif

This Open Sans displays fine on my PC, but doesn’t appear to display on other PC’s…
Is it a Google font issue? Or the way we are referencing it?

Please advise how to resolve so the “Open Sans” font displays globally.

Ok, I know you can see the style in inspect element, but the style isn’t actually being applied… The font being displayed there is the secondary font Helvetica.

This is how it should look when Open Sans is being applied.

Please advise why this wouldn’t be displaying for everyone globally.
