I have installed template with database. Now when I open few menu links, it points to home page only.

HI you can see the article is open on the homepage scroll down the page you can see it .

Its opening on the homepage different page .
Please check the JA slideshow module settings >>Menu assignment it should be assinged only for homepage if you don`t want this on other menu
Do the same for MODULE 102,103,104 .(Menu assignment)
