When I select the Join, Minify and Compress option for my JS and CSS it looks at though it is doing it but in multiple JS and CSS files. I thought it’s was suppose to save in one file. One for all CSS and the other for JS. When i check on yslow it seems I have four Minified, Compressed and Joined files vs having one file for JS and One for CSS. This is suppose to compress one file right? Am I missing something?

    Hi there,
You are right, but in some case it has some differences. That is when you use a JS file from outside such as you call jquerry from google, it will be compressed into another file instead of in only one file. Another case is that some CSS files which, directly, are injected into head part, not through Document Object so that it cannot control these CSS files, therefore can’t be compressed into one file.
    Hope this make sense 🙂

    Regards.
