Hello!

I have 2 problems:

1. In order to increase site loading I would like to use Optimize JS in Template Options.
When I put this to switch ON position then videos from JA Slidshow are dissapeared. How to fix it?

2. If caching in global options is enabled – and when I browse the different authors (http://www.pint.ru/uchastniks-2.html) using their local menu then the same pages belonging to one author are loaded from cache instead different authors pages.

Maybe the error comes from JS conflict together. Now, I can not access your admin because it will redirect to homepage. Please send me the URL of your admin so that I can check it.

I’m afraid, I don’t understand your question. Could you plz clarify a little bit so I can assist you better ? It would be best if you post the screenshot highlighting your problem in here so that I can have a look.

I tried to do as you said (set “ON” for Optimize JS in template manager) then check your site. But I tested your site on Safari, FireFox, all are working fine.

Question 2:

I turned on the Cache in Global Configuration. Then go to the page of user’s name “Даша Петрова” :

After that, I go to the page of user’s name “Жанна Колесникова”:

You can see they are different. Please check it again.

Nazario after changing you made
I ve tested site in different browser – Chrome, Mozilla, Opera, Exploer, Safari

Results are following:
when I put Optimize JS switch to ON – I can see only this – in any browser

NO video at all!!!

Moreover – all modules in the bootom are collapsed!!

I tried to clear cache on the site, in the browsers – nothing helped!!!

Then I switch JS OFF – and everything is ok.

But NOW the site is not working properly in Google Chrome at all!! Even with JS switch to OFF
I can not attache the screen because ****ing load limt!!!!! Im very angry!!!!!

About second question:

DID YOU BROWSE OVER EXTRA-MENU? Or you just click on photo???? Try to click to all point of extra menu of some artist and then go to another artist and make the same – see what I mean

I set ON for Optimize JS then checked your site on Firefox, IE, Safari. I saw it’s working fine.

I got this error. I tried to test speed of your site at here. I saw some files (.png, .mp3) have not loaded. http://prntscr.com/4e8mwb
It would be best if you contact your hosting provider so that they will give you the best solution.

I’m not familiar with Russian language on your site, I don’t know which submenu should I click. Could you tell me how to get the error as you mentioned by screenshot ?

Ok try to click any of submenu for example Биография. Then go to another artist and click the same submenu Биография – and you can see that the page concerning to previous artist is loaded – just copmpare the name of artist.

It’s so difficult for me to check your problem. However, when you turn ON the Optimize JS, maybe the JS will conflict together. Because you are using so many the third party extensions, I recommend you try to set them OFF.

I did not see the sub-menu called “Биография” as you mentioned. It would be best if you send me the screenshot highlighting the step which should I do.

Nazario,
I understand your difficulties with russian language as I have the same with english one. But nevertheless I ll try one more time.
We have problem with Google Chrome even with cache and JS Optimisation switched OFF.
I discovered that reason of problem can be in ja_tabs plagin version
That is screens for ja_tabs version 2.6.5

As you can see there are no audio in module and site continiously loading.

After rollback ja_tabs to version 2.6.4 the situation is changed – see following screens

Now audio is loaded but no video screen and the page stiil contioneously loading.
For other browsers everything is ok with any ja_tabs version.

I just tested your site on Chrome. I did not get the problem as you mentioned.

The problem with Google Chrome was in the number of materials in the modules ja_sidenews. After reducing the number of materials, all became OK.
It was discovered the conflict between JA_slideshow and JA_Popup scripts if JS Optimisation is enabled. After excluding JA_popup script in template options everything is ok.
