Hello Everyone,

I would like to know how I can improve the performance of my JA Wall site.

I am using JA Wall with Classic theme. main components for my site are EasySocial and EasyBlog.
Other themes then classic are not necessary for my site.
Can I delete them? And if I delete them, will it have a positive impact to the performance (speed) of my site?

Another question is regarding the extensions.
I don’t have any components whıch I don’t use.
But there are stıll plugins and modules I don’t use.

Can I delete them? And If I delet them will it bring a better performance?

Are there any tips you can give?
I enabled progressive caching and gzip.

Since main audience for my site will br from Turkey and Azerbaijan and the internet speed in these counties are not comparable with core European infrastructure and improvement of site speed is welcome.

Hi Alp,

You’re right. If there is unnecessary content / modules / plugin, you can disable them, there will be less queries when loading site. It’s good for performance.

So disable is enough or should I delete / uninstall them as well?

Disable is enough, when you ensure that module / content is unnecessary, you can delete / uninstall them.
