Sorry framework does not have this functionality , in responsiveness site template changes its design according to the screen size . If you want to show Desktop version in this case you need to Turn OFF responsive mode .
It take pretty custom work to add such option , you can hire a developer to look such kind of work .

I would give such an option +1! Responsive sites are good, however full version is often useful.
