I hope I am not too stubborn, but I cant change order of news. Went to news category manager and changed order, to no avail. Would like to have following order sports(1), world (2) , etc. What am I missing. Your suggestion is highly apreciated.

You could change the category order by specifying the category ids in Category IDs paramenter in JA News module.

Hello again. I was able to define order of category in Category ID parameter in JA News module . So far so good. What is still puzzling me is that order is chaning despite paramters set, ie. if I add a new article in say category (2) then, this category gets the first position. I cannot imagine why- all the news are published. I would like to have the categories remaining in a defined order- also for usability by reader. I hope you can explain. I would really appreciate a kind hint
