I need to start the slideshow2 (the biggest one) on the same IMAGE on every visit…
I’ve tried setting it to image 1 (and linking the image below to be first and naming it sl-1.jpg)
but if I reload the page it will show me different images from time to time..

any way of “locking” it to one image as startimage always…

Try mod_slideshow in this module you can set the parameters like ” start image, set list of images ,…”

mod_slideshow has more options than slideshow2.

I had the same problem on one of my sites. I finally named the photos starting with the alphabet, “A” being the first photo. It wouldn’t work for me by numbers but worked by alpha.

Jwellman suggested a better way of naming files. Give a try with the same module if not change the module and try. Hopefully it should work.
