    When the customer places an order, the system operates the order successfully but the order details are not listed in virtuemart panel. I can see the customer’s order only if I review his/her profile. I think it is reaally hard to check all customer profiles to be aware of a new order. I’m using Joomla 1.5.9, Virtuemart 1.1.3 stable. Urgent help please.

    Normally you should receive an order notification via email to your own shop email address. In the admin you go to “orders” and chose “list orders”, when there no orders show up, than you have some internal problem with the shop. I have read about some more issues like that of people using the new patched VM 1.1.3 but not from people using the old VM 1.1.2. Maybe you should ask in the Joomla Forum or the VM Forum too, May be some issue with the 1.1.3 version.
