hi, its easy, open templatesja_oresblocksheader.php,
before:

<?php if($this->countModules('search')) : ?>
add this:

<div>you text here</div>
you can add some styles to make it look better.

Regarding 1 & 2 question, you can change by adding style to the div:

<div style="position: absolute; top: 40px; left: 160px; font-size: 14px;">you text here</div>

The line in 3th question does not appear in our demo, thus its hard for me to figure out how.
