December 24, 2010 at 1:32 am #157836I’ve noticed that there are others logged into my admin site and I have no way of seeing who they are. Help!
Now it’s showing 3 people. I changed my password, too. I should be able to see who’s logged in, shouldn’t I? My name/super admin is there, but the other two don’t show up. This is making me very nervous!

December 24, 2010 at 7:23 am #368434Normally if someone logs in your Admin CP, you can see the name at dashboard. But in this case, I really don’t know what was happening with you, that might be a joomla problem. Please try to remember if you shared the access for someone, check if something was changed not by you…. You should change your password regularly to avoid any unexpected access.

Is the problem still occurring with you? In this case, I think I will need your admin access to have a closer look 🙂

Hi Susan,
How are you? Thank you for updating me the info. I accessed you backend but I could not find out any unusual things on so I am not able to know what happened so far. Please see my attachment and let me know if I missed something.

I think the site is working properly. If you see the problem again please pass over me a screenshot so that I can know how it is. Thank you.
