Hello guys!

My K2 items view has the items’ images (see screenshot 1), but when I apply a filter, the images disappear (see screenshot 2). Do you know whether is possible to maintain the images also after filtering?

Hi,

Please check in JA K2 Filter option, check the setting of Image isn’t No Image https://static.joomlart.com/images/userguide/jaec/ja_k2_filter/update/component-item-layout.png

Hi Luna,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I can see different config tabs in my Module config page (see screenshot).
Am i seeing a wrong configuration page?

Hi Raffaella,

I have fixed the problem about output search with Image Item, just go to Option of JA K2 Filter then save, the Layout will be saved to JA K2 Filter setting.

Unfortunately I can’t see JA K2 Filter in the Compoments menu

I saw the problem, post Private reply with your FTP info here, we’ll check problem for you.

Hi,

We have checked your site and see that the problem come from the customization you made for Mod_menu in Administrator of Joomla on your site , that causes error menu Item of JA K2 Filter disappear.

Kindly check your custom in directory: administrator/modules/mod_menu/tmpl again or revert to default file, it will fix the issue.
