I am having a problem in my forums section of the site. the text at the very top is overlapping one another

I am using the fireboard forums and I have tried a lot to try and fix it. if you want to see first hand what is going on go to http://www.redirectfiles.org/index.php/forum at the top. I also included a picture of where i am talking about.

any help would be appreciated

Hi tiggers,

It looks normal in Firefox, its a problem in IE 8. I hope JA Developer would be able to shed some light on this. Please PM JA Developer for the same. I would try to inform him too.
