Have you tried to add a new custom class to manage the module alignment as you prefer ?
Module class suffix your new class

background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;
border-bottom: 1px solid #999999;
color: #000000;
padding: 0; <--------------you can manage this for the alignment of the content
}in your module class suffix add test1 with a blank space before test1
