When adding a module in the mass-top, I got a strange padding-top : 32px , which makes it not fit anymore.

Firebug sais this:

element.style {
direction: ltr;
}
#btcontentslider98 {
padding-top: 32px;
}
http://www.st…kels.nl #3 (regel 276)

.bt-cs {
border: medium none;
display: inline-block;
padding-top: 0;
position: relative;
}

Is this created by the template or the module?

As the module is not a Joomlart produced module (Bow Themes) I would recommend you either modify the CSS for their module, or contact them for further help.
