January 15, 2009 at 3:06 pm #137139I recently installed the JA Vauxite template, and changed the homepae to show all of the articles (not JA News). In doing so, the ‘More Articles’ links at the bottom return no results, even though 30+ pages are generated. Any ideas?

January 15, 2009 at 3:38 pm #286625Hi thealpha1
You need to see if the following is selected:
1) login to your joomla backend
2) go to your menus and select your main menu
3) select your homepage
4) on the right hand side in parameters (advanced), see if your pagination is set to show or auto
hope this helps.

January 15, 2009 at 4:19 pm #286647Pagination is set to auto, and pagination results are set to show. Changing pagination to ‘show’ doesn’t seem to help 🙁

January 15, 2009 at 4:54 pm #286653I should have been a bit more clear. The page links show up, however clicking on the returns no results.
The problem is exactly like this (http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=430&t=325924), however no solution is posted there. To be honest, I do not think this is a Joomlart issue, and I am not sure if this happend after the 1.5.9 patch. I figured I would post it here anyway, as there is a knowledgeable crew here. 🙂
EDIT: The articles are not archived.

January 15, 2009 at 6:10 pm #286666cheers thealpha1
i’ll have a look at my site and see if i can replicate it. i’ve not yet installed 1.5.9 as i’ve got a lot of backing up to do on it.
i’ll report back (unless someone else beats me to the answer 🙂 )
thanks for the creds 🙂 appreciate it.

January 21, 2009 at 12:12 am #287371I found a solution……
Change the Main Menu -> Home -> Parameters (Basic) -> # Leading from 8 to 0
Main Menu -> Home -> Parameters (Basic) -> # Intro = 0 to 8This seemed to keep the same number of articles on the home page, and fixed the page 2,3,4, etc issues I was seeing. I still do not know why this occured, as it seemed to work perfectly on a previous Joomlart template.
